Understanding the model: A model of inclusion:

Fairly and evenly dividing teams allowing EVERYONE to participate.

Providing a stress free environment that teaches and develops fundamentals, placing positive reinforcement first.

A program built on a sense of accomplishment, excitement, enthusiasm, positive rewards, and of course...fun.

Reducing the amount of in season practices to lessen the burden on families during the school year.
